Can't installa VQuiz Extension

hello i tried to install "pkg_vquiz_v2.5.10" by my joomla installer but there is no way to install it on my site.

Joomla version: 3.7.3

The maximum upload size of PHP files is too low: it is set in php.ini both in upload_max_filesize and in the post_max_size of your PHP settings (present in php.ini and / or in .htaccess file)
Unable to find installation package

I setted upload_max_filesize and the post_max_size of my PHP settings on 100 but the error persists. I've never had this kind of problem when I've installed other extensions, it's the first time though I run multiple sites.
