cannot retake quiz as admin

I can only take a quiz 1 time for any user.
Attempts are set to 0
Publish dates are good
Acces is public

It's working correctly at our end. If attempts are set 0 there won't be any restriction for logged in / non logged in users. If you are still having the issue, Please share your backend & FTP login credentials via Contact us form, We'll look into it.

No It's not how it works. In both cases Guest users or Logged-In users, it works the way you set the parameters in Quiz settings in backend. If the attempts are set to 1 then users can play it only once irrespective of login status. We'll look into it and update you once the issue is rectified.

quick follow up: does this mean that a logged in user can only take each test once? can the quiz be set so logged in users can retake the test anyway?

nevermind, when I turn the site online and do not log in, everybody can take the quiz...

hi! I have created a simple quiz on an offline site (where I login as admin) but I can only do the quiz once...
when I try again, I get: You are not Authorized User, Or May be Your access Attempts are Exceeded.

I then delete the results and then I can retake the quiz...
I have set "Set Attempted For This Quiz" to blank (it turns it into a 0) ...

In my setup, the customer would have to be able to retake the quiz as much as they want. Even without logging in... It is just a test at this stage, I do not even need the certificates yet...

I really hope this is possible?
