Shift social share buttons on top and change display

Hi,

I am working on website dev.blabber.buzz . We have a very simple requirement.

On result page of quiz, we want to shift social share buttons on top. Besides that, we want to display them horizontally.

Here is screenshot representing our requirements prnt.sc/fkkjmf .

May I know various changes I need to perform and in which file?
