Hello,
Please try enabling/disabling load jQuery option in vQuiz configuration. If it doesn't resolve the issue, Please share your backend & FTP login credentials via Contact us form, We'll look into it.

I just purchased this component and none of the quizzes will go to results after the last question. Using the latest version of Joomla.
