Selected markers by type.

Just I start to work with vMap in my Joomla website.
My intention is to use the map for display photo places and I need to select among diferent types of locations for show diferents markes in the map ant in the information below.

How can make it?

Are you talking about the Photo places of Google Places API? vMap has used Google Map API only.

I´m not use Google Maps.
I use only the module for position of my self or other user photos.

We considere important to introduce a field type index inthe marker page.
Example: Field: train, bus, metro, etcc.
In the map a slection field can show all places or only the marked in the selection, p.ej .bus

Thanks for the explanation. I got it now. You need a filter box where you can display the types of the markers and can filter the markers based on these types. However, the filter feature based on marker type/category isn't available in vMap at the moment.
