Hello,
It happens if the vMap's CSS conflicts with template's CSS. Please share your backend & FTP login credentials via Contact us form, We'll look into it.

By the way, the marker details display on the page below the maps, but not ON the maps.

I, too, am having problems getting markers to display on my maps. Maps are displaying ok, but the markers do not.
I have seen others have had this problem, but I have not seen solutions.
Any help appreciated.
