creating customized layout

I want to create personalization for clothing and different products from t-shirts with printed front and back on the sleeve etc .. I did not find indications in the documentation and I wanted to understand how I can do.

I found no documentation about create new customization (if there is one I'll like to know).
But I found out how to do, directly in a php file (you have to know PHP and HTML code).

Edit : plugins/vmcustom/designtool/designtool/tmpl/default.php
All the basic customisation (tshirt, bottle, card, ...) are in that file. Study how they are working and/or duplicate one of them to create your own design.
