Layered pdf file not working

Good Day
I installed the Beta and cleared all the temp internet files
I'm still not getting the layered pdf file. - It the only thing I need before i can launch website
The ftp and login details are the same - could you please check it for me - thank you
Its rather urgent - I'm doing a demo for the doing tomorrow

It should be that client can only safe to PDF in a layered format in order for client to take design and add it to print layout - We cant work with a flat file.

Client should also not be able to safe to JPEG or PNG - Is there a way to disable that.?
Other than that the component works great

The version on your server isn't the latest one. Please let us know if we can uninstall and reinstall the vDesigner. You'll lose all the vDesigner settings if It's uninstalled.
