Thanks, I'm able to find the configuration without any problems. I'm trying to figure out how you rendered the preview in the back-end. You posted the attached image showing this and I'm puzzled by how this was achieved.

At backend in product details, you will find it under 'Custom Fields' tab. Please find the attachment.

How did you open a preview of the product's vdesigner layout in the back-end? I cannot find it anywhere.

the problem seems to appear only with the mug canvas. if i take another one like shirt/bag/hoodie the configurator works as it should work

I see, but this is frontend, not as you told me the backend. But still there is the problem, that i can´t delete the "good mornin" text by clicking on the trash bin. I have to remove it with the text-tool, that is not customer friendly and also, if i insert a clipart from the gallery it appears in the top left area of the canvas and is not drag- and dropable.

i have tested the vdesigner with a product (mug)
Problem is: After loading the "design online" canvas it is not possible to delete the example text.
Also i can´t fill in a pic from gallery and drag and drop it to the product. it is only screened in the upper left corner of the canvas.
