Design not displaying in cart?

Hi Still new to Vdesigner and after adding some products no matter what I have selected on the custom field i am unable to see the design submitted. There is very little instructions on your website apart from installing it.
Should the design appear as an additional product picture?

Should it be viewable in the orders section on Virtumart?

Yes you can see it in Virtuemart Order section in backend.

Please indicate where it should be, this is a back end order.

It should be visible in this layout itself. Have you chosen to make it as Cart Input and Cart attribute in custom field settings? If not please enable these options and try again. If you have already chosen the same and It's still not showing the design, please share your backend & FTP login credentials via Contact us form, We'll look into it.
