This wasn't in the first version I downloaded, however once you guys had tweaked on our website the function appeared with the newer version.

IS there a way to only save the output design in one format? it is far too confusing to let this to the customer to decide, they just want to click save and be done with it

Hi,
can you explain to me how than?
After making a design and add to cart i only get WITH background.

Also why is it posible for the client to choose the output when adding to cart (jpg, png and pdf)

Yes, The final output would be print ready. Admin gets the design with or without background.

Hi a pre-sale question

How will the final output file look like?
I have read the forum and i want to know if the output is print ready or not.
With other words when a costumer orders a shirt will the design file be with the standard t-shirt background or will it only be the design they made that has to be printed on the t-shirt?
