Floating Window Error

Hi,

I actually have a problem with vDesigner v1.

The floating windows (where you can select background, text or images) is not draggable, and I don't know why user can't drag it. So it's difficult for the user to personalize the product (as you can see for example here: parastinchi.pro/it/configuratore-parastinchi-simply ).

I have already purchased version 2 but before I put it online you need to make some changes. So at the moment I would like to try to solve at least this floating window problem in version 1.

Can anyone help me or told me what file I have to edit?
