Problem with floating window

Hi,

I actually have a problem with vDesign v1.

The floating windows (where you can select background, text or images) is not draggable, and I don't know why user can't drag it. So it's difficult for the user to personalize the product.

Can anyone help me or told me what file I have to edit?
