Import Joomla Menus

Hello,
Records update with the same Primary key value i.e. ID. And the error is coming up because of duplicate alias. It means the same Menu with the same alias is having different IDs on both the sites. You need to skip this Menu while exporting the menu data.

I want to import joomla Menus, and i create the profil wizard.
But the importation failed, how to do, because it failed because of existing data.
So i try to do it, in Update, it failed too.
