Trying to import articles from csv was created by carrie grubbs
I am a new user and am trying to import a simple csv file with 2 fields. One field is the title and the other is the full text of the article. I cannot see how to "skip" article id. Also, I made my file in Excel with two columns--one for title and the other for the text of the article. When I attempt to import, and am ready to choose fields, both fields are together instead of two separate fields to choose from. For example, I have the title, "Have a good day" and the text of "thank you very much." When I get to choose from fields, it comes up as just one choice, "Have a good day thank you very much" so I cannot choose both the title and main article fields. Could someone give simple instructions to import a csv with just two basic fields, article title and main article text? Thank you

Hello,
You can skip whichever field you want in Profile settings. You just need to choose Skip for each field whichever you want to skip. For catid column, Please use as defined option and enter any Category ID in textfield in which you want to import these articles.
And Please modify CSV file settings in vData configuration as per your CSV file, It will resolve the second issue as well.
