Hello,
You didn't choose any value from the last two dropdowns. It should be usergroup table for first dropdown and title column for second dropdown.

import users problem was created by Wouter Wassenaar

When trying to export users to database, I get an error. It seems that there is in the old database 2 records that are not in the new database.
I'm exporting from a Joomla 3.6.0 installation to a Joomla 3.6.4

Any help would be much appreciated!
