Not able to export data

I have bought vData extension, and when i try to export Joomla users on Joomla 2.5, its popups alert box saying error.

Seems some plugin is throwing an error which is halting AJAX requests to be processed. Please disable error reporting. Set it to None in Global Configuration and try again, If you still find the issue, Please share your backend & FTP login credentials via Contact us form, We'll look into it.
