Dash board does not work

thank you. But as I said I am testing a new host and there is no problem with the dash board.
Now I have a problem with vChart. See my other request "Fatal Error".

The preview of the chart works fine. But when start the chart in the modul the following error message appears:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class vchart in /homepages/15/d645345359/htdocs/clickandbuilds/FFRidA/components/com_vdata/operating/drawchart.php on line 16

What could be the reason?

Just ordered a vData copy and installed it on my joomla site. After clicking on dash board the source code is shown.
