Right now, You must have the header column. To make it work without the header column and it doesn't skip the blank columns, we'll have to make changes in the code.

Thanks

That is not a very helpful response. I already paid for vdata. I just wanted to find out if it can import blank columns without skipping them entirely.

Not skip the column in the mapping during set up of the import. Currently, when I set up the import, vdata looks at the first row as the column headers. However, my client doesn't want to provide column headers, so the first row of any CSV they provide me will be an actual record. The problem is, if any of the columns of the first row are blank, vdata doesn't see them, and I am unable to map that column to a column in the database table I am importing into.

Hello Brian,
What do you want vData to do after recognising the blank columns?

Thanks

Importing CSV with blank columns was created by Brian Murphey
I have a CSV I am trying to import as a cron. It has no column headers. Some of the columns will be blank sometimes. Is there anyway to get vdata to recognize the blank columns?

Thanks -
