OK - in the meantime I've had to plough on and so have (re)created all the essential menus manually - so if you do get a chance to find out what may be causing the problem, please don't mess up what I've already done.
I hope I can get this software to work ok on other sites so I don't feel like i've just wasted a chunk of time and money

Not sure whether this is the same/related issue but i have tried to setup and import modules and can't get this to work either . I thought this was a better option for saving time - but, so far, no joy and plenty of time wasted

Those appear to be the default filters that are already set to that - am i missing something as that had the same effect

Could you give me a few pointers on the filter? - as it doesn't seem very obvious (to me!) as to which bit contains that info
