Hello,
You get a refund if there is a some issue found in our products and it is not resolved within 48 hours after reporting to us. Your login credentials are required to look into the issue.

It's just the profile setting issue on your site. We can not recreate the same on our end.

Anycase seem to be under your refund policy.
So if I don't have no other choice that paying ( :angry: ) have you try to reproduce the issue like I do with 2 fresh install ?

For information and as said sooner, I have test to export than import beetween two fresh install of J!3.5.1 with anything else install in and still get the same error

And I really think your component is a really great one !

Yeah I understand very well the power of your tool and I will think of it for later.
Don't bother with my issue unless you want to debug for yourslef.

Please do not bother, We'll make it work for you. Please share the credentials via Contact us form. You can do much more than just import / export with vData.

In fact we just solve the pb with another component.
I'm going for a refund. We have try between 2 fresh Joomla install, adding one category and it's not working neither...

We have try a lot of thing (changing CSv format export etc) but nothing. We really need to do this transfer this weeks and I don't understand why this simple task with profile is so hard. We have read the documentation line by line.

May Have we miss something ?

My only mistake so far : have import articles before categories (yeah I know...) I use csv (other format don't fullfill the database fields in the profile (normal ?)
