problems with importing articles and menus

Please share your back end & FTP login credentials via Contact us form, We'll look into it.

We have problems with importing articles and menus.
It seems are there somewhere (we receive the message on existent aliases, and similar) however menus and articles are not listed

we have a multi-language website and there are also problems with menu assignees

I would like someone from admin to check where is a problem?
