Exporting from joomla 2.5.28

There are two versions of vData for Joomla 2.5.x and for Joomla 3.x. You need to use the respective versions on your site. If you are using the correct version and It's still not working, Please share your back end & FTP login credentials via Contact us Form, We'll look into it.

When I go through the set up of export in 2.5.28 and hit the continue button, I get a blank white page and am frozen? Should I be using the 2.0 version or the 3.0 version here?
