I would appreciate a reply to this issue. As it stands, I'd also like to get a refund since the system is broken and completely unusable and the support response is non existent.

No reply no support? I am on the way to buy this db admin tool but get worried when there is not answer for support here..

I've installed the latest version of vData on Joomla 4.2.6 on a server running PHP 8.1.13

Unable to use or create any profiles for export of articles.

I can access the profile wizard and then select the Article Export option then I get the error screen as shown

If I try and use the Export option and select the Export Joomla Articles option I get this error
{"result":"error", "error":"Import abort with exception", "error_msg":"Reinitiate Import/Export"}

System is not usable at this time.
