Unable to submit a support ticket as the captcha system is broken.

Missing downloads after purchase make one concerned

Support ticket system is still broken. Unable to submit ticket due to always receiving an error due to the catpcha system. Most likely a bad configuration in that system on the site, since it always generates an error.
