error on import joomla articles

Hello i want to import articles in my new joomla 4 website from the old joomla 3. I import users and categories but in articles i get this error

Field 'modified' doesn't have a default value

I solved the error it was my bad. Now the import starts but stops with an error

Incorrect string value: '\xF0\x9F\x87\xB5\xF0\x9F...' for column 'fulltext' at row 1

And i can't find anything at it at the log
