how do i syncronize 2 tables in the same database was created by Greg Keys

how do i synchronize 2 database tables in vdata.

I want to synchronize easysocial marketplace categories with sellacious categories so that if a category is added into easysocial it gets added to sellacius and if a category gets added to sellacius it's added to easysocial.

i would also like changes in either table to be updated in the other

do i create imports or exports?
can i do it with 1 or do i need 2
and which ones do i set up?
