Thanks for the follow up on this.
I have this on a localhost environment.

I am attaching a zip file with some screenshots and the dump of the tag's relationship table of Joomla.

If it does not help, then allow me sometime to upload the site to a server.

Hi,
Please share your admin login credentials in support ticket. We need to check it thoroughly. An entry in this CSV is referring a Tag(id: 17) for two Articles, one is id: 76(considering your error message: 'Duplicate entry '1-76-17' for key 'uc_ItemnameTagid'.').

There are a lot of repeated tags, since the table is the one that connects tags with articles, and a same tag can be on multiple articles

As the Error message suggests, there are multiple tags with the same name either in the file/feed you are trying to import or there is a tag already available in your database with the same alias what you are trying to import. Please check.

Hi,

I am exporting from Joomla 3.8 to a new installation on Joomla 3.9.
I am having issues creating the Import/Export of the Content Tag Map.
I created the Export Profile, and then when trying to import the data (with the import profile that I also created) I have the following error:
Duplicate entry '1-76-17' for key 'uc_ItemnameTagid'.

I would like to know what means that error, or what are the right settings for an export/import Profile to get the relationship between articles and tags
