how to import xml files

To import XML file.

Firstly set 'Select Root Tag', which is supposed to be like this:

1. If Items is showing select it.

2. Otherwise start from Root then next Items then Item and Load Childs.

After that, select all respective fields for each field of this import profile. Start import.

does somebody how to set up the import of an xml file?

the csv file are imported fine, while the xml no.

From documentatio i can't understand.
