if you are importing CSV file then select CSV in the drop down or if you are importing XML then select XML in the drop down menu and if you are importing JSON file then select JSON in the drop down.

I've tried searching the forums but haven't found an answer I can use, so:

I am trying to move out the categories, menus, and articles from one Joomla site to another. They are both 3.9.13 (it's a long story why I'm doing this, just believe me it needs doing). I installed vData on the old site and exported categories. So far so good. I install vData on the new site, select the profile "Import Joomla categories", upload the file... and then for the life of me cannot figure out what I should be selecting in the page of drop down menus that I am provided with. Please advise.
