Can't activate vData

Hello, I reactivated my subscription yesterday, but haven't been able to activate vData on our website. When I enter my email and password from my WDMtech account, I get the message,

You do not have a subscription. Please click on Redirect to subscribe now.

I've tried uninstalling and re-downloading vData while logged in to my account... What am I missing that I need to get the component registered? We are running Joomla 3.9.6 / PHP 7.3.4.
