I have made similar profile for importing to Joomla Articles. I've analized source database and there is duplicate titles but because of that I've put source's ID in alias field.

As the Error message suggests, there are multiple articles with the same alias either in the file/feed you are trying to import. Or there is an article already available in your database with the same alias what you are trying to import. Please check. If this is not the case, please share your backend & FTP login credentials via Contact us form, we'll look into it.

Import update from CSV everything well work, from XML - error - "Another article from this category has the same alias (remember it may be a trashed item). Import Failed".
Uptade and Synchronize from XML work as insert.

I update articles (xml) Joomla 3.9.3 and the error appears - Another article from this category has the same alias (remember it may be a trashed item). Import Failed
