Can you post a refund, this is not going to work for me. It would take me a week to figure this out. There was a link on google that said this exported easydiscuss. And while that may be true in a technical sense, the amount of work and study and constant refinement that will be needed to go into this to make this work correctly is above the time I have available. It's easier for me to just export the tables from the database into a CSV and be done with it. For me to design the profile by selecting each table and selecting the fields I need is far too time consuming. The screenshots that you have and the instructions are very limited pre-purchase, where you only show a few of the profiles that you have pre-written, which led me to believe there was an easydiscuss profile on a different page. Then you have a google link that says this exports easydiscuss. I assumed there would be a profile already created to handle easydiscuss, and the fact that there was not one, made this misleading. I can export the tables from phpmyadmin in 20 seconds then I have to go fine tune the exported csv so that it will import the way I need it to, but that's easier than designing a profile in vdata.. a lot easier. So this tool isn't really going to help me. We're I not to have access to my database, that might be different.
Please process a refund.
