Hello, I have no blocked countries but I can create one user account to let you enter the backend.
Please note that is a test environment, so I need to replicate the procedure on the working one.

Hello,
Definitely, it should work without sharing the credentials. The verification process is not working, there might be several reasons for this. The curl is not enabled on your server, Or the connection to an external server in any particular country is blocked etc. In these cases, we need to check what caused the problem so that we can resolve the issue...

Hello Daniel,
I think that the component purchased should start working without sending around ftp and backend credential.
Don't you think the same?
I purchased that component in order to ease the VM products handling. If that component not even starts working because of a user-check mismatch, you have to solve this issue, rather than ask for backend credentials.
I wait for your kind resolution

Hello,

I have recently purchased the component vData and I have downloaded and installed it in my joomla setup, but am I unable to validate the component because in the step 'Subscription Check' the login fails and I get the following error message 'You do not have a subscription. Please click on Redirect to subscribe now.'

I have an active subscription under the account I am using to post this message, I have added additional information of my purchase below:
