Cannot import

Hello,
Have you checked Joomla trash may be an article with same alias present in the trash?
Or you can change the profile operation from insert to update (making alias as the primary key) of articles and categories.

I need to migrate for 2.5 to 3.8 but I want to transfer only users, categories and articles
I upgraded 2.5 to 3.5.1 and then to 3.6.5 on localhost. Then install Vdata on it
I exported users, categories and articles in CSV format with no problem
I installed a fresh 3.6.5 on server and Vdata on it
I try to import the CSV files generated before
with categories and articles I got errors like:
Another article in this category has same alias (remember ie should be in the basket).
Import Failed
As I can see there are not alias conflicts in the input files.
Please help
