I can't figure out where to set up a support ticket in your system, which is why I am adding this new topic instead.
I can't get the import feature to work, and I was hoping I could save time on my project by purchasing this software, but it looks like I'll be here for a while before I learn how to use the software.

A bunch of different errors have come up when I try to set up an import from another database. The latest is:
"Import abort with exception
Table 'edgarcay_arenycj3.#__content' doesn't exist"
I am sure I have input the correct information of my remote database into the configuration page and the import setup. I also tried importing from an xml file as well. I really just want to update articles, users and content from a third party extention.
Appreciate any help.
Thanks.
Nya

Hello,
From the mentioned error message, It seems the database table doesn't exist from where you are trying to export the data. Can you please make sure the database table is there which is selected to be imported in Profile. If the table is there and you are still facing the issue. Please share your backend & FTP login credentials via Contact us form, We'll look into it.
