Error when exporting categories

Daniel, I always have error reporting off unless I need it on. I have confirmed and the error reporting is NONE. I had to get the job done this weekend for client so I found j2xml and it did it right out of the box. Please allow me to exchange for another one of your products. Thanks.

The error message mentioned comes up when you click the Import/Export now button multiple times. Please disable error reporting in Global configuration and try again. If you still find some issues, Please share your backend & FTP login credentials via Contact us form, We'll look into it.

The component seems to be what I need however when I attempt to export categories I get the error {"result":"error", "error":"Import abort with exception", "error_msg":"Reinitiate Import/Export"} , please advise.
