Error {"result":"error", "error":"ACCESS_DENIED"} from browser in lan network

Cron Job can only be triggered from the Cron Jobs/Schedulers from the same server where your Joomla Website is hosted.

I whant to use the Cron/Feeds option in order to create a URL with which i can import data from csv to mysql (i used cron).
the link works perfect in the local server (with localhost)
but from a browser from lan network it doesn't work, and i get the error msg : {"result":"error", "error":"ACCESS_DENIED"}

knowing that the website (joomla) and phpmyadmin works correctly from lan network. (after modification the configuration of apache ).

is there anyone who has fixed this problem ?
i need it please.
