Hi,
When I want to export I have this message.:

"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in C:\xampp\htdocs\intranet\plugins\vdata\custom\custom.php on line 3993"

Please share your backend & FTP login credentials via Contact us form, We'll look into it. And also let us know the profile and the format you are using to export the data.
