Thank you for getting back to me , it shows that they are enabled here
administrator/index.php?option=com_admin&view=sysinfo

PS: None of the vdata links are working . The dashboard link tried to download index.php and the rest are just blank pages

Please check the following thread and make sure curl and Php extension com_dotnet is enabled on your server.

Hi ,
I have just installed the component on my website and now whenever I click on vdata , it opens up a index.php window to save it.It looks like an indexing issue.
The rest of vdata pages are blank , like this one /index.php?option=com_vdata&view=config
