I bought your vData product which expired on 2017-08-15
After modifications on my site, I installed it again and it does not work anymore.
I have a window that tells me
Login with your subscribed Email ID to verify your Subscription on WDMtech
and I have to buy back your application.
The use is not for life?
I understand that updates are not possible without a renewal
But the make up should walk anyway

You are not supposed to uninstall the tool either for modifications or for anything else. If It's uninstalled and your subscription is also expired, you need to either take the file and database from the old backup and import it into your new website or renew your subscription.
