Comment syncronyser les menus (joomla)entre le site de production et le site de developpement ?

You need to create profiles and Crons on both the websites with Update operation and then setup Cron Job on your server for both the websites one after another. It will keep the users in sync on both the websites.

Please note it won't delete the users.
