What I need is to be able to sync the users by using a CSV file.Just so it updates the user already in Joomla and adds the ones not yet there.
The group field is very important.

It will show a duplicate record error if the same record has different primary key value in the database and in your CSV file. For the parse error, please share your backend & FTP login credentials via Contact us form, We'll look into it.

Can anyone give me the steps to properly create a sync user profile?

I tried duplicating the current import user profile (that works fine), and change the operation to Synchronize, the import result is that it always says that there are a duplicate field.
If I change the operation to update, on import it shows a popup with the sayign that there was a parsing error.

Anyone able to sync users from a CSV file?

I really need this to work
