I read through that and did not find anything other than setting up what you call a cron through your interface. In my world a cron in a schedule which runs an event. So where is the scheduling done?

So either I completely missed it or the actual schedule is setup through writing a script. So please point me to the exact paragraph that states this in what you call documentation.

Hello,
Please check the first paragraph in Cron / Feed documentation section here: www.wdmtech.com/vdata-documentation-cron-feeds . It has been clearly mentioned that you need to setup the Cron Job on your server.

Thanks
Daniel

You really do need to have someone review the claims you make about your products. If you need to use the Joomla framework to schedule a cron then you should state that, as is you position your product to do the entire task, which it clearly does not.

Hello,
First, you need to create a Cron using vData Cron/Feed section in backend. Please choose the same profile whichever you want to use for your data Import. Once the Cron is created, Please copy the Cron command for this and create a Cron Job on your server set the time whatever you want.

Thanks
Daniel

Where do I find the scheduling tool? I.e., I want this data to be imported at a specific time? Sunday morning at 0200 for example.
