importing joomla categories

You are uploading a .txt file? Please convert this to a CSV file and map the Title column correctly and import it. Before importing that, please make a slight change in the Category Import Profile settings. For parent_id column choose as defined option and then enter the category ID under which you want to import all these categories. Enter the value 1 here if you want to make these primary categories i.e. the top level categories.

Hello I was trying to create some joomla categories by importing a csv file. When I tried I keep on getting the error " tilte needed " . I want to create the categories and place them under an category that already exist .
