cannot load Dashboard after new install of vDATA

cannot load Dashboard after new install of vDATA was created by Christos Pipsos
I buy today vDATA 2.9.16-j3 and instaled it on my Joomla V3.8.4 (mySQL 5.6.37) on localhost and on my hosting provider.
in both cases if i try to load the Dahboard of vDATA i become the error:
This page contains the following errors:
error on line 20 at column 61: EntityRef: expecting ';'
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

In this thread www.wdmtech.com/support-forum/vdata/cant...-the-front-end-or-th you explain, that the "php_com_dotnet" has to be activated.
What ist wrong? Please help?
P.S.
cant find any option on my servers configuration to activate "php_com_dotnet" es you describe
