Insufficient Info to debug

Please make sure there are no duplicate items ( with the same alias ) in the data you are importing. If not, Please share your backend & FTP login credentials via Contact us form along with the file you are importing. We'll look into it.

Have successfully imported some items (but not to the value of the licence fee0
for import menus i continue to get messages with no specific details such as

The alias ebi-news is already being used by News menu item in the menu (remember it may be a trashed item).
Import Failed
Despite checking for trashed items and then I am left with menus table in an inconsistent state.
Any suggestions
