I have created one category and several fields under the new funcion custom fields of joomla 3.7.
Which is the correct procedure to import some data into those new fileds?

First you need to create the fields in the website where you are intending to import the data, you can create a profile to import the fields and then another profile to import the field data. You need to choose custom in Profile field when you would be creating the profile. Here you can find the general procedure to create the import profile
