Hello,
Why are you unchecking the local Database option, It must be checked to connect with the local database.

Dear Sir,

I had just installed a vData to my website. I am now try to configuration before import data from other web providers

However, with following the documentation form your web it looks can not connect to my local database when I uncheck the local database.

Please let me know what’s the problem?
