as you see: in the global configuration (algemene instellingen in dutch), components there is no com_Vchart...
and as shown in attachment 2 , i have vchart 2.9.0 installed

Did not find anay screenshot :-(

And there is no ACL button on the backend of the site as far as i can see...

There is not Configuration section in vChart, All the settings are there for each individual chart.
